free gift ripoff from clinique

<p>Clinique offered a deal where I could purchase 2 items, 1 being a treatment, which will qualify me to receive an 8. Piece gift set. I purchased 2 items, 1 moisturizing gel @ R495 and 1 dark spot corrector @ R895 and I did not receive my gist set. When I spoke to the Clinique sales consultant she advised that they can only give me a 3 step trial kit. I've been using clinique for almost 10 years, why would I want a starter kit?? It's unacceptable that I had spent that much and did not receive my gift as advertised!! I would like to be compensated and receive what I wad told I would, which is juts a simple gift set.</p> <p>I look forward to your response. </p>
