********** transactions-pathetic service from Edgars
My account had ********** transactions to the value of R9400 and I lodged a dispute with Edgars a month ago. To date no feedback has been received, I called to find out what would happen to the debit order amount and was told the only amount that I would be liable for would be for the purchases prior to the disputed amounts. This morning a debit of almost R2000 was taken off after querying this with Edgars!!! This is pathetic service and the ***** department was not helpful at all. I expect resolution to this asap!

03 Oct 2019, 07:54Clearly my question was not understood. Edgars debited R1900 instead of R400 what happens to the difference which is owed to me? I don't need to look at a statement I want to know when will my refund be made? I think it's a pretty straight forward question.
