********** purchases made on my Edgards account.

Good day.Marius Grobler here.My Edgars account was paid in full and the account balance R0.00. The next month i recieved an sms from Edcon financial services reprimanding me to pay my account otherwise they will hand my account over to a debt collection agency. I went into the Middelburg Mall Edgars to request a statement.On the statement was purchaces for airtime to an amount of over R300. I chen told the cashier i did not make purchases for any airtime and she confirmed the airtime and data feature on the account was never activated and this purchases was **********.She the requested i must go to the police station to do an affidavit which i did.I then went back and she helped me to fill in their request for credit form and it was send to their accounts department with the affidavit.She requested i should come back to find out if the credit was done in about 4 weeks time.Since then i went back another 3 times and each time they tell me they are still waiting or they are clueless of the incident and then we start over with the complete process.Today i again received the following sms: Final notice:failure to pay will result in your Edgards acc being handed over to a debt collection agency.Immediate payment is due today or call ***.The account balance accumulated to an amount of R383.39c due to admin fees being loaded onto the account even after the account was blocked.In Desember there was again an ********** attempt to try and increase the limit.This matter is going on for way to long with zero results.Once the matter is solved i am closing the account.Can you please assist me to get the matter sorted out and closed off?
