********** purchases

Please people be aware.I had 2 ********** purchases on my Edgar's account for almost R8000 . 2 CELLS PHONES WERE PURCHASED..I notified Edgar's about it.I had to fill out dispute forms.. My Question is how can Edgar's tel me they have no info of the whereabouts of these purchases and where it was delivered and who signed for it.. Apparently it was done online.I was shocked Yesterday when my Monthly statement arrived.I had so many questions that Edgars staff cant answer.Are there other ladies who had these ********** purchases and what action was taken...I'm so ****ed of.Why is that there are not strict rules whilst purchases online..Edcon you are Failing ur customers.......I have to wait 3 weeks.
