********** items billed into my account

Items are charged into my account which I am not aware of. I contacted the Contact Centre and i was promised the matter will be investigated and provided with feedback. To date I have not received any feedback. I noticed the same items unknown to me are billed in May statement. This is the second time I am experiencing this ******* billing into my account in the past three years.
