********** insurances added to my account without my knowledge

Edgars Pavillion in Durban are **********! i am very annoyed at what they keep doing in my account twice already! They have guys that walk around in the store floor carrying tablets and tell you about additional benefits and once you say no thanks they will pretend to be updating your account and make you sign only to find out that they have made you take 3/4 policies without your knowledge, that is just pathetic. They first time it happened to me the guy said if i dont want any additional benefit he will update my details then the next thing on mt statement i have 4policies i have no idea off and let alone dont even need those. I had to call Edgards with my airtime and my money to rectify that which i really find it to be time consuming and draining on its own.

Guess what they did it again last week , a guy named Wiseman(if that's even his real name) came and offered me additional products while i was shopping i responded "no thanks , not this thing again" then he caught my attention my saying on the Personal funeral plan i have with them i can add a parent, my response was i was told i cant and he insisted i can then i said its fine but that all i can do and nothing else, then the next thing today i am receiving a call from Edgards about 3other policies that were added to my account like really now guys !!!! Was it not enough for Edgards to be exposed on TV about the ********** charges they charge their consumers now we are made to take insurances that we have no idea of nor need. I am very disappointed at the poor service i am getting at Edgars after being their loyal customer for over 20years to an extent that i am really thinking of closing the account now, i cant deal with this black market type of behavior while i work so hard for every single cent that comes into my account. I need this rectified asap before i take further actions!!!!!!!
