My maximum credit limit at Edgar's is R7345! I purchased a Huawei p30 light from The Glen edgars branch Friday the 29th November ... Using the remaining balance of over R1600 on my account!! I went onto my account that Saturday morning to see if my November payment of R515 that I made is reflecting as yet! And I see my limit has been increased by R21472. 93!! With available credit of R10024 and balance of R11448. 93!! I dmd these idiots on twitter immediately providing screenshots of my November statement and of the figers on my account!! Till now I have had no feedback of any kind and nothing has been corrected either!! This is the second time I have complained on hello Peter regarding my account! As far as I am concerned this is ********** behavior!! How do I know my statements are not being altered in order to rip me off?!?! I'm so tired of this ****!! It freaks me out not knowing the type of bill I'd get due to this useless incompetence!! And what ***** practices is the company using on the accounts of customers???? I'm still waiting!! If I have one more incident like this I will seek legal counsel!!!!!

06 Dec 2019, 14:20Since reporting this matter... I noticed Wednesday morning my account had been adjusted to the amount of R7430. 49! Which is an extra R85. 47...! And my account is meant to be R7345!! I DMD edgars on twitter again and queried this!! Thursday morning I wake up before work and check my account and find it has now been increased to R10088. 36!!!! And yet again I queried this...!!! Its is now almost an entire week and still my account balance is incorrect!! IT Is Supposed To Be R7345... R7345... R7345...R7345!!!! And I noticed it is not just my account experiencing ********** activity!!!! Please.. If you guys don't know how to calculate... Let me know and I'll come on over and fix my account myself!!!! If you honestly don't want fix it than please suspend my account as I can't use it like this anyway... I pay what I owe and close it... Honestly don't have anymore time to waste on this!!!!!
