********** DATA AND AIRTIME SUBSCRIPTION
I previously reported that i was *******ly subscribed to a data and airtime subscription and Edgars informed me that they had cancelled the contract. Despite the fact that they acknowledged that the subscription was obtained **********ly, they have to date failed to credit my account and remove my name from the credit bureau. This amounts to ***** and theft and i intend proceeding with both civil and ******** actions if this is not remedied immediately. I can only imagine how many other innocent consumers are victims of this ***** and theft. When i complained on Hellopeter, Edgars was quick to respond but when you deal with them privately the fail to respond or even acknowledge your complaint.
