********** claims of outstanding debt- well done Edgars. GO TO YOUR BOOKS AND RESOLVE

Would you believe about 6 years ago, started having issues with their financial services department. Eventually when the CEO changed, I contacted him IN DESPERATION and eventually after months passed the matter was resolved with them admitting an error on their records. Also I was incorrectly reported to credit authorities as having unpaid accounts. Ref: Anisia Naidoo. Earlier today, sms received claiming I must pay R100 on my outstanding account from their attorneys. What a bunch of jerks, no wonder they cannot keep customer loyalty, I haven’t stepped in an Edgars store since this first raised its ugly head, in total about 6 years ago. Edgars deal with your abominable customer records and financial records, I have no intention in getting in contact with your so called debt collectors. If you tarnish my credit rating again I will seek financial recourse as well as legal expenses from your organisation.

At 11:40 Sue Ellen contacted me, cannot locate account, I must give her my ID number, no way! A remarkable coincidence if this is not the same person from their financial division who received a stream of email at the outset of this matter all those years ago, when I requested proof of signature on a purchase that had incorrectly been allocated to my account, eventually weeks /months passed Anisia Naidoo was appointed to handle the query after contacting CEO, Finally they issued letter of apology and a gift card for the inconvenience, my credit records were unfairly harmed as a result of their mismanagement. Sue Ellen must get the CEO to call me, the response was she would ask her Manager, not good enough, not going through this again. Sort yourselves out, this is not my problem that you hand your books over to a third party for profit. Apologise not meaningful, this is the way they operate, ************, accounts debacle and the vulnerable customer takes the consequence
