********** charges to my Edgars Account

I noticed new amounts added to my account without my knowledge. On investigating i was told it was for phone calls, and monthly fees - amounts i have never legally been asked to my account. On the 16 September 2021 i paid my full balance owing and sent an email to close my account after receiving advice from an Edgars consultant telephoncally.

On the 14/10/2021 i receive a statement stating that i owe R60. Where did that come from. It is ********** to say the least. I sent a further email requesting for them to look into the issue. No response. It is no wonder why they collapsed in the first instance.
