********** charges On account by Edgars

Edgars has billed me for a transaction on the 2 of December 2019 for an amount of R1692.46. This was a legitimate transaction. They then charged me again in Feb 2020 for the same amount. The lady at the call center was rude and said that I am wrong and that she cannot do anything. So now I am owing them an additional R1692.46 that I did not spend and there is a refusal on their part to rectify. Even though, it is clear as day on my statements that I have been ******. How is an organization allowed to ***** from people the way Edcon *****s!!!
