********** airtime subscription, RMCS doesn't care

I have opened more than 4 references with Edgar's division RMCS, they have never contacted me in order to investigate my case. Ota division opened airtime subscription **********ly, they can't provide me with the recording of when I requested this subscription. They managed to cancel. I was referred to RMCS, I get a new reff every time I check on the progress of the investigation. No one contact me with regard to progress. This has been going on since 12 November 2018. My account isn't credited ant it's accumulating interests on something I know nothing about.
