********** ACCOUNT OPENED UNDER MY NAME

Good day,

I was trying to apply for a loan and that’s when I found out that a ********** Edgars account has been opened under my name. Please assist, as I tried to enquire at Edgars stores NEWTOWN JHB they couldn’t assist and claimed that the account was not opened at their branch. I know nothing about this account as I can send any documents required by you for verification checks.

I am really disappointed with the negligence that has taken place on the account opening process. Please reply back to me as this have negatively affected my credit score
