********** account opened

I looked into my credit report and only to find that an account has been opened under my name for a credit of R9500. I have no besines dealings with the store and never have I went to their store to open an account. What frustrates me is that how does a retailer open a ********** account without the consumers consent from the first place? Dont they have a ***** prevention department in this case Edcon for such? I demand that this account be closed immediately and be removed from my profile.
