********** ACCOUNT OPENED
Two months ago I got a call from a debt collector named Surprise from Edgars advising me that I have account that is in arrears and I haven't paid this since last year October. To my shock and surprise I've never opened nor own an Edgars account. I told this guy I don't have an Edgars account and I was told to fax through an affidavit to *** and since then I haven't had any feedback. <br> I then went to Clearwater Mall for assistance, which I was made to fill in a dispute form which I later I found out it was never sent to the ***** department at Head office.<br> 1. I want to know who opened this account???? and what must happen now because my name has been dragged through the mud with creditors.<br> 2. How was this account opened and where? and who's signature is on there???<br> 3. I want my ITC profile to be rectified immediately<br> I WANT ANSWERS AND I WANT THIS TO BE RECTIFIED BEFORE I GET ANY LAWYERS INVOLVED.
