I have never opened an account at Edgars but someone used my ID number to open a ********** account using my name,i have sent numerous emails and called but i was not helped,this is a set back now because at the department of housing i was supposed to get a house but this Edgars thing is blocking me and now i might not get the house, this is very frustrating because the installment they say i owe is increasing every time which means that the account is still active even after all my efforts to try and stop all of this.,i was told the account was open in Swaziland but i stay in South Africa and have never even went to Swaziland that is the only explanation i get from Edgars. This has dragged on for a month now and it has not been resolved all i get is that they will call me after 48 hours but they never do,i send emails every second day still i don;t get feedback except that 48 hours thing which never happens. Hello peter kindly assist me on my matter as my life is at a stand still
