I sent an sms to apply for an edgars account on the 10-07-2019 and received an sms advising someone would in touch. I called in today the 14-07-2019 to query why I hadn’t been contacted it’s been over 48hours. I then dealt with a rather rude consultant in your cresta Branch who advised I already had an account and I was listed. I’m incredibly surprised to have been advised I opened an Edgars account in 1994, While I was still at school also taking into account that my first ID issues was in 1999. What was a simple application for credit now seems to be a report on ********** activity. I have never been an individual to apply for credit however I need to build my credit history in order to apply for a bond, I was advised Edgar’s would be able to assist by my financial advisor and now I have this terrible information being brought to my attention. I’m not sure who or how this matter is going to dealt with, but I most certainly expect it to be dealt with a great sense of urgency. Kind Regards GM Alexander
