*****ulant Account not being resolved

I was made aware of an open overdue Edgars account that was opened **********ly on my name, when attorneys attempted to contact me for collections. I went into their branch with all of the required documents on 07 March 2020 and received an confirmation sms indicating they are busy investigating. - The account was opened and all credit spent in a single day at a place I have never visited before - My account was handed over to proceed with default judgement - My Credit record is messed up now and need to be fixed - My employer and contact details have not changed in the last 8-years How could they grant an account without any form of confirmation? Why is this not being resolved as I am now harassed by attorneys
