*****elent monthly charges for airtime

For months I've tried (via their Call Centre) to have incorrect charges on my account reversed. A company called RMCF is charging a monthly fee of R39/40 for airtime. The charge is reflected on my Edgars account. The Cell number to which they claim they are providing airtime is my husband's phone - he has a contract and doesn't but airtime. The only way in which this RMCF organisation could have obtained this number is via details from Edgars accounts department. The account is in my daughters name, for which we both have a card. I'm the only one who uses the account. I want the charges reversed. I have had no luck with either the Edgars Call Centre, or the organisation called RMCF
