*****, THEFT, NO SERVICE!!!

Why was I not surprised to see that Edgars has a barely 1 Star rating. My wife's account has been closed almost two years ago. We even had to call in to get it closed off permanently after they kept on charging monthly costs on a closed account. So we in fact closed the account twice. Last year Edgars allowed an ******* transaction on her closed account. We submitted a dispute (to 3 different mail addresses) after receiving a statement and collection notices. We forwarded the same dispute every week since to all 3 mail addresses and still nothing has been done. every week collection office phone us for the money and we tell them we submitted a dispute and waiting for feedback. and every week nothing happens. Absolutely terrible service. Typical, always quick to take your money, never quick to do their work!!!!!
