***** subscriptions

Since i had opened an Edgar's account its been a nightmare after each other.<br> <br> At the time i took out account the account i was informed of the benefits which i can opt in for, i than informed the gentle man i was not interested in them. Three weeks down the line i received a statement with all the club membership and life covers they offer added to my bill. I than called customer service and informed them of such but no cancellation has been done from 2011- till to date. <br> <br> the last person i spoke to was one of the mangers the call center customer services department, whom said she will make a reverse, but yet no phone call nor email to update me with what she said she will do.<br> <br> recently i received a phone call from a collecting agency informing that my account is going to be handed over if i don't make immediate payment. <br> This kind of ***** and getting clients to pay for something that was done by a *******ed, ********* consultant who was pushing for commission is unacceptable on my expense, I now have to pay lawyers, on suing the S*** out of Edgar's for something that can be dealt with if their customer service/complaints team was efficient and effective.<br> <br>
