***** in my Edgars account

I called Edgars to get a balance as I wanted to close off my account I discovered someone has used my account after I paid the last installment to purchase things for the value of 8000 in the town I’ve never been, can edgars assist me,this has given me more reason to close off my account. I would like them to check their records to whom I spoke to because that person might assist to rack who used my account. I’m very worried especially because we are on lockdown this may take long to be resolved. I have my Edgars account with me
