Edgars working with RCS group has got the worst client services and accounting department. They send out statements indicating zero monthly payment, then send sms saying you in arrears and deduct collection fees based on ********** accounting. No return calls, no customer service, could not resolve why a credit of R950 has a zero balance, yet no monthly payment.
