Im frustrated, disappointed and dissatisfied. I stay in Cape Town and i haven't lost my card and my identity document, but there's a purchase that was made in midrand with my account and i have never been in midrand in my life. May you please assist with this incident as it is going to affect my credit record and my future. When investigating the matter may you please start with the person who was assisting me when I called to change change my address.
