Edgars made a mess up regarding payments for Feb 2022. Customers payments were made on time but we received calls and sms from the collections department. After a back and forth struggle Edgars admitted their mistake and allocated my payment. I now received my March statement only to find out that I was charged collection fees for calls and sms. WHY if this was Edgars mistake. CORRECT THIS IMMEDIATELY
