Afternoon
I have a problem with this company last year March I lost my ID book and someone opened an account using my documents and I discovered this early this year I went to edgars to check on what is going on and I was advised to bring an affidavit and my current ID BOOK but I still didn't have an ID BOOK but I provided them with a copy certified drivers license and now I app**** for a job when they check my credit record the edgars debit pop up now I can not get the job as I have this debit and I thought it was removed from my name. I went to edgars for help ( if they could provide me with prove that I was not the one who opened the account but they say I won't be able to as they have to close the account first ) now I lost a job opportunity because of something I don't know about or didn't do. I only want edcon to give me prove so that when I apply for jobs I can show that that I did report this matter and that the I did not open this account. I am so ****ed and angry as I needed this Job.

I have being calling the edgars ***** department ever since yesterday and always when I call to ask for proof that the account is a ********** account they always tell me that the person who is handle my account is off and they will refer my matter to someone else as they have promised me that I will get proof early today but still when I called today they told me that again the person who is handling my matter is off again and I told them that i need the proof as soon as possible as I have to submit the proof to the job I app**** to as they can not recommend me if I do not submit the proof today. Now this matter is really affecting my life and I really need this job and this thing is really stressing me out because i this job opportunity passed Me I have to look for another job which iss not easy.
