***** and Blacklisted

In April I received a sms stating Edgars handed my account to Edcon debt collectors. I NEVER OPENED AN ACCOUNT AT EDGARS. Until today I am Blacklisted and cannot find a way to clear my name permanently. I went to Edgars to enquire, an account was opened in centurion mall branch and the shopping took place in a JHB Edgars store !!!! I submitted all proof that it was not me, Edgars subsequently wrote it off but never cleared my name. How come to open a ********** account is so easy but to clear my name seems impossible? Am I entitled to sue Edgars and if so is there a Lawyer willing to assist me? Will Edgars start looking into this matter and clear my name and compensate me for damages? I want a Lawyer who is willing to assist me, if I get compensated you get half! or you can sue them for wrongfully blacklisting me after I have proven my innocence.
