***** alert: Edgars cant close my account been months

I have been trying to close my edgars account since February 2021 after paying off in full what i owed. Went to edgars to enquire was told it has been closed a d showed me a screen showing account is closed manager called call centre while i was instore after asking for a paid up late .was told it would be emailed within a week and will receive an sms when it has been finalised. Since them been getting sms to pay my account keeps going up. What do we have to do to get it closed if we not doing it the right way tell us . Im even ashamed to say i was once an edgars employee with how you handling simple queries.
