***** account opened

Good day Last year July I contacted edgars group regarding a ***** account opened in my name and identity then they told me that they are investigating at that point i have app**** for a job at fnb so fnb could not hire me because of this ***** account as it set a bad record for me. Then I called in again they told me that they have cleared everything and that this debt will be removed from all credit bureau and they even sent me a letter as I have asked as I wanted proof so that I can show companies that has to hire me. Now I have app**** for another post and still the edgars ***** account is still distorting my life as companies are still picking it so it means I still have a bad credit record because of this ***** account this thing is frustrating as I am unemployed and trying to improve my life but I can't get an interview as I have a bad credit record. I am very broken as I have called the edgars department many times but this Metter is still distroying my opportunity to work.
