Hi

I have been printing and scanning these forms that you are sending to me and I must inform you that it is quite costly to do so. I am unemployed and can not afford to be printing these forms (at R3, per page) scanning them (at R4, per page) and emailing them back to you.

I have even gone as far as to request a HANis report from Home Affairs, which further proves that the ID number belongs to the face attached as well as the finger prints on the page.

I do not know who I should talk to to remove this ********** account from my profile.

I have facial features that are pretty obvious to spot (an obvious lazy eye and a drop eye) and I would amazed if the ID copy you have on your systems would someone match mine.

Please can someone help me with this matter or Call me on.
