Hi There,<br> About an year ago i started receiving calls from Edgars about an account that i've never had or opened with them. They told me i owe them over R5000, which is impossible as i don't even have an Edgars card. Every time them phone they say they will update it, then months go by and i get a call again. i've gone into the store and they can't help me i have to get an affidavit and fill in forms, but they really don't care, cause in the store they just give you the form and walk away. i really don't get to the shops often and i can't get to the police station, i work long hours and have no car. and please advise how i must prove to the police i don't have a card for my affidavit? I'm sick of this, so Edgars please sort this out.
