Hi
I have had an edgars account with you for years that has been charging me high interest. Finally when i decided to close my account on Friday i was told to come on Saturday and had to pay and extra R122 after the consultant told me i wouldn't pay extra. Today I finally closed my account and after years of asking why the interest is so high i am told that i was paying for airtime which i have not been getting. Please investigate. I did not sign up for airtime.. The reference numbers i was given to cancel the airtime i am supposedly getting which is not on my number : ********** 874243 and ********** 874240. Nokukhanya and Bongiwe helped me. Who didnt want to ask the call centre more questions to investigate the matter.
Years of paying extra money.
This matter needs to be investigated and feedback must be given. Asap
