Edgar's has been billing me for Cell C airtime to a Vodacom contract phone of which I have had with Vodacom since Vodacom first came to this country, long before Edgar's ever got a cell phone counter. The worse of it is two shops have logged calls for this on different dates and I have as yet to hear from the accounts department regarding this matter. I would like to have this matter addressed with the banking abisdsman as the Edgar's account is run by ABSA bank
