In July i found out that i had an account from edgars of which i have never opened. This account was opened in 2012 when i lost my ID. Obviously someone had opened that account using my ID. In August i went to Edgars Pinetown to report the matter and opened a dispute which was investigated and resolved that i didnt open that account.<br> <br> Now the issue is removing this bad record on my credit record. When Edcon/Edgars called me they said they will contact the credit unions to have my name cleared. <br> <br> Now its November and i basically cant open any accounts at any stores or buy anything on credit because of some lazy staff member who couldnt see the *****. i have wasted so much airtime trying to sort this out.<br> <br> its your duty to inform the credit unions of this im sick and tired as my life is put on hold because of this.
