Its very worrying and disturbing that a company like Edgar's can do such a thing. I am even considering on closing the account with you as I no longer feel comfortable with you. If I had a balance of other things I might have not pick this thing up. As far as I know I have settled my account. Last month I received a mms stating that I have a balance I didn't take it to consideration knowing that I have settled my debt, to my surprise I received another sms this month stating that I owe them. On Saturday I went to Edgar's vryburg to enquire what was happening. The gentle dialed the number and spoke to someone from head office and they requested that I should speak to the lady from call centre. The lady who was very friendly told me that I was signed up for a VIP plan, I told her that I have never signed up for such things and she advised she will have the account cleared and cancel that cover, to my surprise this week I have received two sms's requesting that I should make payment. If this week ends before this query is resolved I will contacting my legal team Monday first thing. You are taking me for a fool. I wonder how many have you done such a thing to them.
