I was at the Edgars store on Sat (04/0715) to pay my account and I was told that I can't pay because my card has been reported ****** (which I did not report any card because was still with me). I asked them how come because I have never reported my card ****** they told me that there is a person that have used my card to buy in Westville with R3000,00 they even called and confirmed the purchase with this person and told me it was a he. They then told me to go to the nearest police station to do an affidavit to dispute this purchases, i did that when I went back to submit this they then told me that there's another one that was done in Richards Bay on the 29/06/2015 for R2000.00 i want to know that how can they make a sale with my card to someone else not me because Edgars do have all my details? I have been a loyal customer with you guys for 14 years and cannot believe that this is the treatment i deserve from you. I trust that you will have this sorted out asap.
