On the 29/05/2015 i went to edgars active in town to make a payment towards my jet account,upon arrival i was assisted by Thando Sibisi,after making the payment she gave me a long slip written financial services to sign,when i questioned her about why do i need to sign she said its for the payment ive just made (cash) ,it than downed on me after signing that something was wrong only to find out it was a purchase of personal funeral plan without my consent, i than asked them to cancel, they put me through customer service & spoke to Gugu Moyo who than told me everytyg was cancelled but i than recived a statement from the policy compny thanking me for the purchase. IF THIS POLICY IS NOT CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY I WILL TAKE FURTHER STEPS SINCE I HAVE ALL RELEVANT AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WITH ME. <br> <br> FUSRATED<br> N M MPANZA
