Edgars have very very horrible customer service on the 01.06.2020 I received a letter from Carolyn Parsons stated that my acc is closed as Edgars say I have outstanding balance that I don't even know about it as I remember settleling my acc 2016 and asked to close it. Today I get Email from acc from Mmatlou Mohale saying my acc have an outstanding amount. Do you have any idea that am blacklisted cause something I paid it off and I keep on giving me false I formation how come I have outstanding while I have received letter that say my account is fine. And this is not only thin again in 2011 again there was a purchase that was made in my account and I never got help and I paid something that I did not have at that moment this is getting way out of line.
