FORCED TO MAKE PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT WHERE PURCHASE WAS NOT DONE!

My Mother received a phone call from Edgars LAST YEAR saying her account has not been paid. The purchase on her account was not done by her.... had the avadavat done, sent through ID documents, everything they asked for, and yesterday they phone her telling her she will be held liable for the lawyers fees and interest so the poor women paid it! First email sent to Edgars was in October 2020 and several sent this year and every mail i just get told that it's being dealt with! Shocking service! Needless to say i will go pay her account and close both of our accounts when i'm done!
