Firstly the I'd like to express my vivid uncontrollable emotions.<br> <br> We want to edgars for an insurance claim(13 March 2016)on a phone we had bought through them (Samsung J1). The phone had failed to start up after charging so we returned it to get it repaired. On our arrival we met a young foxy last by the name of Boikhutsu. We were told that we needed an affidavit and proof of purchase and the original call box. <br> <br> We asked if it could not be seen through our card on their system and she said no. We need the purhase box, affidavit and proof of purchase. So we left and for the entire week we searched and searched, went to the police and wrote the affidavit. <br> <br> We returned the following week with everything in hand, only to be helped by another lady with Boikhutsu sitting next to her and be told we didn't need anything but our card we purhased the cell with.<br> <br> I was outraged and lashed out at her as to why such a thig happened, at first she pretended she didn't remember us.
