FINRITE GIVES EDGARS A BAD NAME

Account#: *** INO K Pillay
Blackberry 9720

The phone was sent in for repairs at the beginning of September by the Edgars. It is in storage at the moment with Finrite. The reason for it not being repaired was that the IMEI numbers differed. I was requested to submit documents to show why this is the case. This needed to be faxed or emailed. Jadelle from Edgars, has been faxing and emailing the documents- it has been done more than a dozen times. Everytime I visited the store, she was told to resend the documents via fax. On 20 October she contacted Finrite to enquire if they received the documents and again she was told to either fax or email it so she asked to speak to a manager. The consultant rudely slammed down the phone. She then gave me back my documents and asked me to contact Finrite. I spoke to Nthabiseng and explained the story. Nthabiseng asked me to email the documents to [Email Removed] and put down my contact no. She promised to call me and never did. I have emailed the documents twice already. Jadelle has also been sent it to [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] It has been faxed to ***
