The following financial services were offered to me without me agreeing to it. I requested transcripts that suggest that I agreed but I did not get any help: <br> 1. Dental Insurance-Family-R90.00(04/09/13)<br> <br> My complaint was finally handled by Mr Pule,Tel *** at Customer Service Depart who promised to sort my issue. He constantly update me with progress of what is happening until he resigned from Edgars. I felt that it was another tactic to delay this issue. They deducted this amount for about 12 months, I really need that money. <br> No one from Edcon has come forward to assist me in trying to solve this matter and i am very diappointed.
