Financial Services imposed to me by Edgers without my knowledge and acceptance

Kindly note that I have been waiting for you to contact me (Re: ***) wrt: 1) Providing me with evidence of acceptance of the financial services that you said I agreed to prior to my settlement of the outstanding debt 2) provide me with evidence of cancelling the account I had with you as per my previous request prior and on date of debt settlement

Up until now, I have not received any response to above mentioned, instead I am still receiving text messages from you acknowledging that I am still your client and confirming a buying credit. I still do not want anything to do with you edgars and according to my acknowledge I do not have an account with you, kindly refrain from calling me your client and provide with the evidence of above 2 points I requested asap.
