They've billed me for FINANCIAL SERVICES (R 157 in total - per month) that I've never agreed on.

Kindly note that these products were cancelled on the 14/11/2018 as requested and our accounts department have submitted a request for the call recordings so that they can action the reversals on the account based on the findings .
