Felicity at Balfour Park is amazing!
On Saturday, I ran into your Melrose Shop to pay my account but I forgot my card and was told I couldn't pay the account. I was a bit disapointed and shocked at the lack of staff (even the change rooms were unattended!).
Today, I ran into Balfour and had the pleasure of dealing with Felicity who is amazing! We chatted, she told me the items I was buying were on sale and even offered to show me more of the same! She is amazing and provided unbelievable service with a smile!
