Fed Up with Edgars' Lies!!!

I placed an online order #*** with Edgars on 27 April 2020, only received order partially on 9 June 2020. 4 Items amounting to R1 519.80 need to be refunded into my credit card account. I have been waiting for my refund ever since and every time I call to query this I just get the same "We are busy with it and you will receive your money in the next 3-5 day". My ***. I am so fed up with this service and feel like getting my lawyers in to handle this! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
