fed up

After I was promised that the wrong estee lauder powder sold to me will be changed. I went to the store the lady managed to show me the correct shade for me however it was out of stock. She promised that new stock will arrive by end of the week. It has been more than two weeks now and no one has contacted, no update, no courtesy call made to me about the product that I have already PAID FOR but have not received. Today I drove there to enquire, I spoke to the counter manager who still insists that I have to wait. For how long? There is a reason I bought this powder and It is to use it. Can someone else kindly provide a solution because I'm fed up of waiting forever. On top of it all they still want me to keep the wrong powder which I'm tired of doing. I left it with the counter manager coz it's pointless keeping something that you are not using
