On Saturday morning, I called in at the Shelly Beach Branch at Shelly Centre on the South Coast to redeem my Thank U points of R42. The cashier found the amount on the system but when she processed the purchase, the voucher could not be processed. Other till points were tried, to no avail. I do not go to Shelly Centre often when the Thank U points are offered but the one time I do go, it is a flop. I also had a birthday voucher of R50 from Edgars Club, which I wanted to use before 31/07/2015 but that also seemed to be a problem. I was told I could redeem them at CNA, or Boardmans etc. Today I went to CNA, only to be told that the R42 Thank U points are only R3 and some change, and the birthday voucher is only to be used at Edgars. <br> The Thank U card also has a number on it called \Account"which in fact is a Card number. When faxing through proof of payment of my account"
