Faulty Cellphone
I delivered my faulty cellphone to your store at Vincent East london and i was contacted today(23/03/2016) by Mandla from the menrioned store and he told me that the cellphone is ready. I ask him if the phone was repaired and he stated that the phone is working now and i should come and collect it, i need to know what was done to the phone and why is the consultant only telling me the phone is working now. I also got the following reference number: ***/GO a while back. Please contact me urgently.

Firstly we would like to apologise for any frustrations occurred
Please be advised as per terms and condition of the purchased mode. Please note that the handset has 7 days guarantee period and up to 12 months warranty. This means that if you experience any technical difficulties with the phone it can be returned to the store for further assessments and can be exchanged with a new one should there be any technical faults found. However after 7 days the guarantee lapses and the store can only act as a facilitation point only (This means that the store can assist with booking the phone for repairs and all costs will be incurred by the customer). The phone may take up to 6-8weeks at the repair centre, this means that it can be delivered back to store with fault technical report. Kindly vist the store to view the report confirming what has been done on the device.
