FAULTY ARAMIS ANTIPERSPIRANT SPRAY

<p>I bought an Aramis Eau De Toilette Vaporiser Spray as well as an Antiperspirant Spray from Edgars Promenade Mitchells Plain about a +/- 3 weeks ago. The Vaporiser Spray was good, but the Antiperspirant was faulty and I could not get it to spray. I took it back to the store with my receipt and wanted an exchange. The Customer office lady took it to to the department in question and returned a while later. She showed me it's working fine and tols me "to just bang it a bit". I accepted this resolution and returned home. I used the antiperspirant once again after that and had the same issue! I threw the receipt away as I thought 'banging' it would do the trick. The next tiem I tried to use it, nothing came out again! I then had to use my Eau De Toilette as a deodarent going forward. This is a very expensive exercise as I paid nearly a R1000 for the combination pack. This is not the first time I had the same experience with the Aramis Spray. On the previous occasion I threw the antiperpirant away. I refuse to do it another time! I have now had enough, and refuse to 'bang' anything anymore too. Either they get the right product or don't sell a product that does not work. I am now quite fed up and refuse to go and argue with staff or plaed my case. I pay good money and in turn, I want a good product.</p>
